Frequently Asked Questions
Pricing depends on how many posts you need and for how long, plus delivery. Velvet rope posts and retractable belt posts price a little differently. Tell us your count and dates and we will send a flat quote.
They organize lines, guide foot traffic, and cordon off areas at events, venues, galas, and grand openings. They keep crowds moving and mark VIP or restricted spaces.
Velvet rope posts give a classic, upscale look for galas, red carpets, and receptions. Retractable belt posts are practical and flexible for queues, entrances, and crowd control. We rent both.
It depends on your layout and the length of line or area you are managing. We help you calculate the number of posts, whether it is a short VIP rope or a long entry queue.
Yes. Alongside stanchions we rent steel crowd control barricades and safety cones for larger events, festivals, and outdoor traffic management.
Yes. We deliver across Cleveland, TN and the Southeast and can place them to your layout so your entrance or queue is ready before doors open.
We stock common post finishes and rope colors to match formal and casual events. Let us know your look and we will confirm what is available for your date.
Yes. Galas, openings, and one-night events are common. We rent by the day, the weekend, or longer.
For large events or big quantities, book two to three weeks out. Smaller sets can often be arranged on shorter notice.
Yes. We rent classic post-and-rope stanchions with velvet stanchion rope, plus retractable-belt stanchions. Rent stanchions by the day or for the full event, and we deliver and set the line for you.
A good rule is one stanchion every 6 to 8 feet along the queue, with more at entrances and turns. For larger gatherings, review NFPA crowd management guidance, then tell us your layout and we will help you plan the crowd control stanchions.
