Pallet jack rental pricing depends on how long you need it, how far we’re delivering, and whether you’re renting other gear for the same job. Because we deliver, set up, and pick up, most pallet jacks are quoted as part of a package rather than a flat daily sticker price. Our standard pallet jacks are rated to lift and move loads of 5,500 lb. That covers the vast majority of palletized freight, staging crates, and event equipment. If you’re moving something heavier or oversized, tell us the weight and dimensions and we’ll match you with the right equipment.

The forks are 48 inches long and sized to slide into standard GMA pallets (48″ x 40″) as well as most common pallet and skid sizes. If you’re working with unusual or custom skids, send us the footprint and we’ll confirm fit before delivery.

Yes. Delivery, positioning, and a quick operating demo are included across Cleveland, TN and the Southeast. We drop it exactly where you need it, make sure your crew is comfortable running it, and come back to pick it up when you’re done — no box truck or freight-elevator wrestling on your end.

No license is required to operate a manual pallet jack, and there’s very little learning curve. We walk your team through safe loading, steering, and lowering when we drop it off. The main rules are simple: keep the load centered, don’t exceed the rated capacity, and watch your toes and pinch points.

You roll the forks fully under a loaded pallet, then pump the handle to raise the forks hydraulically just off the floor. Once it’s lifted, you steer and pull the load where it needs to go, then squeeze the release to lower it back down. It’s the fastest, safest way to move heavy palletized loads by hand.

Pallet jacks work best on smooth, hard, level surfaces like concrete, sealed floors, and event flooring. They can cross short transitions and low-pile carpet with effort, but thick carpet, grass, gravel, and steep ramps are tough on any manual jack. If your load-in involves rough terrain, tell us and we’ll recommend the right cart or equipment.
